Meet our staff
Each member of our staff functions as a unique and invaluable component necessary to achieve our service goals. Our team is comprised of hard working, friendly people who know how to work well with others and maintain efficiency, while providing gentle, personal care. Their goal is to make your visits to our office as comfortable and easy as possible. They participate in continuing education to help us provide state of the art dentistry, and they are all trained in CPR. Our experienced assisting staff also ensures that all OSHA and CDC guidelines for infection control are not just fulfilled, but exceeded. We follow a strict protocol for sterilization of all our equipment and use as many disposables as possible.

Andreé Eddleman, RDH
Upon graduation from LSU School of Dentistry in 2002, Andrée was awarded the “Outstanding Pediatric Hygiene Award”. Andrée began practicing dental hygiene in New Orleans and moved to Monroe in 2006. She stays current with many hours of continuing education. She is an active member of the Louisiana Dental Hygienists Association and the American Dental Hygienists Association. She spent 5 years on the LDHA board as legislative chair and she has represented the state of Louisiana as a delegate to the national association. In 2004 she was named the Outstanding Louisiana Dental Hygienists Association board member. Andrée is an active member of the Monroe Junior League and many other activities. |

Dawn McGuire has many years experience in chairside dental assisting. She is so personable and friendly. Dawn is terrific at making your appointment as comfortable and relaxing as possible. She is EDDA trained making her more qualified than the average assistant, and she is very talented beyond that. Most of the procedures in our office are done "four-handed" with an assistant directly helping Dr. Eddleman. This allows state of the art dentistry to be done as expeditiously as possible. |

Liz Gwin is our Financial and Patient Care Coordinator. She has many years of experience with an emphasis in Orthodontics. She provides the most professional and friendly patient/customer service and is eager to help in any way.
